OUR FEES

We provide an entirely flexible service built around those detailed on this website. We provide comprehensive fee proposals to our prospective clients, these carry no fees or obligation to proceed. Our proposal will be completed and emailed promptly after our first meeting and will focus on the specific requirements of the project and those discussed with you. Our service structure below is to help with identifying the likely assistance you may need for your project, these are not cost brackets as every project is unique in its design, timeline and complexity. 

Our fees are calculated as follows: 
 

- Pre-Construction Project Management. Fixed fees.
- Contract Administration. Fixed fees for Valuations.
- Build phase Project Management – Sliding fee scale based on a percentage of the build cost.
- We will quote fixed fees where the extent of the project is defined at fee proposal stage.
